These are just some of the financial services we offer to all our clients:

• All lessees will pay their Service Charges directly into a bank account specifically opened in the client's name so our client earns interest on own their money.



• Collection of ground rents



• Preparation of service charge budgets and financial forecasts.



• Collection of service charges by cheque or standing order into the client's account.



• Monitoring of arrears of service charges on a monthly basis



• Personalised payment plans for lessees who have trouble paying the service charges



• Presentation of Annual Service Charge budget reports to clients and lessees after approval



• We have chosen not to register for VAT which saves our clients VAT on services



• Payroll service for staff on a monthly basis



• Book Keeping kept ready for independent auditors - minimising auditor's cost



• Registering Final Annual Accounts with Company House



• Organising building insurance, including valuations and claims handling



• Day to day management cost will be paid from a cash float agreed and released by the client



• Preparation of year end accounts and returns



• Forming plans to create Committed Funds to help pay for major maintenance plans
